Kids Basketball
During Latchkey, children will participate in various activities that include gym time, outdoor play and other self-directed activities such as board games, Legos, coloring and more!  

Haysville Recreation oversees all 6 latchkey sites at each of the elementary schools in the USD 261 school district. All latchkey staff, which include site directors and latchkey leaders, report directly to Program Supervisor, Jill Ward.  

Upon registration, a one-time enrollment fee of $35 is due and is NOT refundable. Please note that since Latchkey is a licensed program and space is limited! 
 
Children can be dropped off for morning Latchkey starting at 6:30 AM and must be picked up from afternoon Latchkey by 6:00 PM. All latchkey children must be picked up no later than 6:00 pm. Any parent arriving late will be charged $1 for each minute per child he/she is late. 
CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID.

Fees for Childcare Services:
AM or PM Only: 
1 Day/Week - $15
2 Days/Week - $25
3-5 Days/Week - $35

Both AM & PM:
1 Day/Week - $20
2 Days/Week - $30
3-5 Days/Week - $45
If you are wanting to register for both AM & PM you must register for each separately. The discounts will be taken out at the end of the registration process and will not show up until the last screen before the invoice. 

Registering for the payment plan to MANUALLY Pay each week: you will pay the $35 enrollment fee and then pay a minimum of $1/am&pm for your 1st week. THE FIRST WEEK OF LATCHKEY MUST BE PAID BY AUG 12 TO AVOID A LATE FEE!!!

If you are signing up for the AUTOPAY Payment Plan: you will pay for the $35 Enrollment fee upfront, then your card will be charged WEEKLY starting Aug 13th. 

Weekly fees are due by 6:00pm on the Friday PRIOR to the next week; payments are made in advance of the service provided. Payments received after Friday will be charged a $5 late fee. If payment is not received by the following Wednesday (the week of attendance) your child will not be able to attend again until payment is made in full.

FEES ARE BASED ON ENROLLMENT, NOT ATTENDANCE.
Enrollment fee is $35.
