This is a designated time that middle school members can utilize the weight/cardio room without a guardian 18+ years old being present. (Staff member will be present)

This offering is FREE for Middle school MEMBERS.
An active membership is required for participation.

DISCLAIMER: Participants will not receive individualized workouts. HAC staff is there to ensure safe usage of the equipment, that all facility rules are followed, and to coach proper lifting technique or to spot a participant when needed.
