Prairie Latchkey 2026-2027
Haysville Recreation will be taking enrollment for the ‘26-27 Latchkey Program.
Registration will be online again this year @ www.haysvillerec.com OR you can register @ the HAC (523 Sarah Lane).
DO NOT USE YOUR CELL PHONE TO COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK...YOU NEED TO USE A COMPUTER OR IT MESSES UP THE FORM & YOU WILL HAVE TO REDO IT!!
REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON MONDAY, JULY 6th!!
MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT KDHE FORMS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION AS YOU WILL NEED TO UPLOAD DURING REGISTRATION PROCESS!!
Þ Latchkey is ONSITE in the cafeteria at all six (6) elementary schools.
Þ Fees are based on Enrollment, NOT Attendance!
Þ $35 Enrollment Fee due at the time of Registration.
Þ Balance for 1st week due at time of registration.
Þ Activities include: Gym Time, Arts & Crafts, Board Games & Outdoor Activities.
Þ Space is LIMITED at each school so get registered ASAP!
Latchkey Hours: AM Latchkey 6:30 - 8:15am
PM Latchkey 3:45 - 6:00pm
If you are needing BOTH AM & PM Latchkey, you will need to register in BOTH programs online!!
