The exercise regimen is offered at different levels to accommodate each individuals specific needs. This class is safe for those who are limited due to arthritis, fibromyalgia or a past injury.Chair Yoga is a low-impact, no-floor alternative to your classical yoga class. All poses are from standing or sitting in your chair. Great for those with mobility or balance concerns.
