Facility Rules and Information
  • Rental Fee and deposit are both due at time of booking. Deposit return dependent upon completion of cleaning list and facility left in acceptable condition. 
  • Full day rentals only. 
  • Events with alcohol, over 100 people, public events, events where items or services are sold, bounce house, DJ or other vendors, or any event deemed a special event are subject to additional fees and requirements. Call 316-529-5922 for further details. 
  • Cleaning list and instructions are emailed to the renter the week of your event. 
  • 60 people suggested with tables and chairs. 
  • 75 people standing room only.
