Senior Fitness - STEPS (Aug - Sept) The STEPS program is designed to improve the quality of life for seniors by improving mobility and functioning which helps maintain an independent lifestyle. The exercise regimen is offered at different levels to accommodate each individuals specific needs. This class is safe for those who are limited due to arthritis, fibromyalgia or a past injury.Chair Yoga is a low-impact, no-floor alternative to your classical yoga class. All poses are from standing or sitting in your chair. Great for those with mobility or balance concerns.
